Event Flow
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Arrival, Check-In & Welcome
Guests arrive, check in, and settle into the space. Our hosts will help everyone feel comfortable and set the tone for the evening.
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Open Speed Dating
Guests will receive a bingo sheet and use it as a conversation guide throughout the event.
You’ll speak with one person for 10 minutes, and you can talk with a new partner.
This format keeps things semi-structured, fun, and interactive while giving you enough time to have a real conversation.
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Open Mixer
The final part of the evening is open mingling. Reconnect with the people you felt most interested in, continue conversations, and meet others more freely in a relaxed setting.
