Event Flow

12:00 PM – 12:15 PM | Arrival, Check-In & Welcome

Guests arrive, check in, and settle into the space. Our hosts will help everyone feel comfortable and set the tone for the evening.

12:15 PM – 12:45 PM | Icebreaker Games

We’ll kick things off with fun, low-pressure icebreaker games such as Never Have I Ever and Bare Minimum.

These activities are designed to help everyone relax, laugh, and start conversations naturally.

12:45 PM – 2:30 PM | Open Speed Dating

Guests will receive a bingo sheet and use it as a conversation guide throughout the event.

You’ll speak with one person for around 15 minutes, then the host will say Switch, and you can talk with a new partner.

This format keeps things semi-structured, fun, and interactive while giving you enough time to have a real conversation.

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Open Mixer

The final part of the evening is open mingling. Reconnect with the people you felt most interested in, continue conversations, and meet others more freely in a relaxed setting.

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM |FIFA SCREENING

After the mixer, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the FIFA screening in a lively social atmosphere.

Relax, grab food or drinks, watch the game, and continue meeting people in a more casual setting. It’s the perfect way to keep the conversations going after the structured part of the event.
