Join Dr. Frankie Bashan, creator of Little Gay Book, for her first ever Kinky Womxn's Mixer, Saturday before Folsom Street Fair! Meet up to 20 people, all in one night, all your type!
Open to all women/womxn looking to meet other women/womxn, this mixer is inclusive of cis, trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming folks and open to all relationship/dating styles.
How It Works
Prior to the event, you will receive an email and a text message with a link to your profile. In your profile, you will be asked to provide 2 short answers related to where you feel you fall on the masculine/feminine spectrum and where your preferred date falls on the same spectrum. The algorithm is designed to match your preferences as best as it can given who is in attendance and their preferences, of course.
After each 5-7 minute round, you will receive a text message directing you to your next date. The more women that attend, the better! And while it’s not full matchmaking, this text messaging technology allows a more tailored experience than random, public speed dating. At the end of each date, you’ll add “feedback” about your date (“2nd date” “friend” or “playdate”). When two singles indicate the same level of interest, we email you both with contact information within 24 hours.
This event is likely to sell out as we have a very limited number of seats. If you’re certain you’d like to attend, it is highly recommended that you assure your seat and purchase tickets now.
Did you meet someone you'd like to continue connecting with after the mixer? Great! The "SF Lipstick Lesbians" will be hosting a free women's event right after the mixer! (still at Armory Club, 6-9pm)
*PLEASE NOTE* "SF Lipstick Lesbians" require approval to join their MeetUp group. Once you are approved you must then RSVP for "September Organizer (Folsom) Event". Be sure to add a +1 to ensure you can have a new lady friend tag along!
