About this event
Specifically for our beautiful community of queer women, non binary, gender expansive folks of all gender presentations, sexual orientations and ages, Queer Single Mingle is open to queer identified folks ( cis, trans, gender expansive/non conforming) looking new meet new queer folks for dates and new friends. We are genderqueer, non-binary and trans-inclusive as well as poly and kink friendly. Trans men inclusive but no cis men please.
Join us at Hawker Fare, a hip Thai/Laotian eatery with an upstairs tiki bar (that's where we'll be!) in the Mission, just a couple blocks from BART (and pssst.... folks often go off in groups together after the event, and there are lots of great restaurants and Dandelion chocolate nearby!). Yummy tiki drinks with fresh ground fruit, premium spirits and bar bites available for purchase - we'll have our own section upstairs.

How it works:
Using simple texting technology, we tailor the event to the age and “type” of person you’d like to meet. You tell us where your preferred date lies on the masculine-feminine expression spectrum, along with her age-range and we send you a text after each 5-minute round to meet them. We remove the obstacles to getting face to face with a new friend and leave the real connection to you.
After each 5-minute round, you will add “feedback” about your date (“2nd date,” “Friend” or “Business”). 24 hours later, you’ll receive a text with contact info for your matches. While it’s not full lesbian/bi matchmaking, this text messaging technology allows a more tailored experience than random, public speed dating.
