Singles Social: Dating in Pittsburgh x MindFuel Method

This two-hour experience includes:

• Sauna Speed Dating: Guided conversation rounds in the sauna designed to encourage introductions and meaningful connections.
• Cold Plunge: Opportunities to experience cold water immersion throughout the evening.
• Tea Lounge: A relaxed space for casual conversation and connection between activities.
• Recovery Lounge: Access to 15-minute compression boot sessions, subject to availability.
• Social & Connection: Opportunities to mingle, meet new people, and enjoy a shared wellness experience.

All participants will have the opportunity to experience the sauna and cold plunge throughout the event. Participation in individual wellness activities is optional and based on personal comfort.

What to Bring + What to Expect

Just bring a swimsuit and a water bottle! We also recommend bringing a change of clothes for after the sauna and cold plunge.

MindFuel provides towels, showers, changing areas, and all necessary amenities to help you transition comfortably between experiences.

This is a sober social event. Alcohol will not be served or permitted, and participants are expected to arrive and remain free from intoxication.

No prior sauna or cold plunge experience is necessary. Our team will be available to provide guidance and answer questions throughout the evening.

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed, and participate at their own pace.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for check-in, changing, and getting settled before the event begins.

The event will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

Because sauna speed dating will take place in organized rotations, late arrivals may miss portions ofthe experience. We cannot guarantee participation in missed rounds.
