The night
Check in runs 6:30 to 6:50 at the Osceola Room. Say hello, scan a QR code, then grab a drink at the bar. Nobody gets seated during check in and there are no name tags.
Rounds start at 7:00 sharp. Seven rounds, seven minutes each, about a minute between. Women stay at their table. Men rotate.
At 8:00 the social hour starts in the hotel bar. This is where the magic happens. An hour with everyone there, not just the seven you met in the rounds.
Check in closes at 6:50. If you arrive after the rounds begin you can still join us at 8:00 for the social hour.
How it runs
DateRounds Live runs on our own software, so the night runs clean. No clipboards, no paper scorecards.
Smart pairing prevents sit-outs. It also pairs you closer to your age and makes sure you never meet the same person twice.
Everything runs from your phone. No app to download, no login, no account to create. Your rounds, your timing, who you are meeting next, and your private matching after.
Your picks stay private. Nobody finds out you said no. If you both pick each other, you can message inside the app.
Which ticket to buy
Buy the ticket your age falls under. It sets the room, not the ages you're paired with.
The app pairs you as close in age as possible. Depending on who is in the room, you may get a match or two outside your range.
The room
25 men and 25 women. That is the room. Each side sells separately, and when your side fills, it is closed.
Early bird is $35 through October 8. Regular price is $50 after that.
