Short, one-on-one conversations in timed rounds. You’ll meet everyone in your group

The app will show you your first partner for the round. You'll either wave them over or find them in the room. Each round is six minutes — long enough for a real exchange, short enough that there's no awkward ending. When time is up, you move to your next partner until you've spoken with everyone in your orientation group. Results are released six minutes after the final round, giving everyone a chance to make any last-minute selections. You can update your choices for up to 24 hours after the event.
