This event is designed for straight dating.
Can you handle the heat… and the cold? This is dating — but not as you know it.
Join us at Bristol Sauna Yard for a unique, low-pressure evening of connection, where you’ll move between sauna heat, cold plunges, and easy, natural conversation.
No awkward speed dating. No forced interactions. Just a relaxed, shared love for wellness where meeting people happens organically.
Whether you’re open to romance or simply want to expand your circle, this is a space to connect in a way that actually feels good.

You’ll naturally chat to different people as you move through the experience — no pressure, no structure, just flow. Last time this event went really well and everyone mentioned how lovely and relaxing it was!
🧖♀️ What to bring
– Swimwear (whatever you feel comfortable in) – Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off) – Flip flops – Water bottle – Clothes to change into after
💫 What to wear
This is all about feeling comfortable and confident in your own body.
Swimwear is typical, but you’re more than welcome to wear a sports t-shirt, shorts, or anything that makes you feel at ease — there’s absolutely no pressure to dress a certain way.

Being in a more central location, there are plenty of options for parking and only a 7 minute walk from Lawrence Hill train station.
✨ After the session
Once we’ve finished the sauna and cold plunge, we’ll change back into clothes and hangout / hydrate — often where the best chats happen once people have relaxed!
