Bain & Company have partnered with the LGBTQ+ Community Centre to give back tangible support to the local queer community in London. We are a top management consulting with a strong interest in giving back through social impact.
This event is aimed at LGBTQ+ professionals navigating their careers and looking for tangible, practical skills to build their brand a) on paper/online via their CV, and b) in-person and how to project queer gravitas.
Part 1 focuses on building a killer CV and ensuring your full, authentic self shines through.
Part 2 explores personal branding with inspirational and practical exercises, varying from pitching yourself and values-driven strategy, to self-acceptance and self-authority building.
Part 3 (optional) we will connect locally to socialise & start building a community base!

Covid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre:
To keep our community safe, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling unwell including headache, fever, sore throat, consistent cough, chills and unusual spots, scabs or ulcers.
You can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre.
