We will begin back at the basics and work up from our foundations. This class will be a little slower for those with a regular yoga practice but an opportunity to work through a simple flow and challenge alignment dogma so we are in OUR bodies, OUR practice.About the organiser
Nathalie trained with Stretch London and looks to synthesise elements of the modern movement practice whilst paying respect to the ancient origins and her own playful metaphor and technique. A lover of Pranayama, with an overall down-regulating approach and language, expect moments of challenge, followed by rest. Come to class for : Intuative Movement, Fun Flows with a peppering of Challenge, Pranayama and down-regulation.
