About this event
The 11th house strongly feels that we as a collective, should endeavour to hold a container of support and compassion for ourselves and one another. By cultivating a safe space to ask challenging questions and to reflect upon difficult themes with the mindfulness of viveka (discernment) and vairagya (detachment).
With kindness and patience, we can confront our shadows by educating and arming ourselves with defences. In essence, embracing Jivamukti which is believed to be, the capacity to reach spiritual and mental liberation, in our presence.
The session will consist of Sound + Svadhaya. Sound amplifies a frequency that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which harmonises the body and mind. The vibration can encourage the brain to enter the alpha and or even the Theta channel. These channels promote healing, regeneration and peace.
Svadhaya means self-reflection or enquiry. A time to ruminate upon existential questions.
