About this event
We are a friendly and welcoming group for anyone interested in knitting or crochet.
Bring whatever project you’re working on, and spend the afternoon getting creative in great company.
Beginners are welcome - just bring yarn and needles and we’ll get you started.
Facilitator:
Larissa set up Queer Knit London twelve years ago as a way to bring together LGBT folk who are interested in knitting and crochet. Larissa got a bit carried away with her love of yarn and ended up running a business dyeing yarn, but sometimes still manages to knit a bit.

Covid and monkeypox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre:
To keep our community safe, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 and/or monkeypox symptoms including headache, fever, sore throat, consistent cough, chills and unusual spots, scabs or ulcers.
You can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre.
For current information on Covid and monkeypox please visit the NHS website.
