A young black lesbian filmmaker probes into the life of The Watermelon Woman, a 1930s black actress who played 'mammy' archetypes.
The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre invites you to a screening of The Watermelon Woman. Following the screening there will be an optional group discussion.
