"Is ethical gift giving under capitalism possible? Well these 3 workshops come pretty close, whether you want to make some luxurious nourishing herbal skincare, customize a tote bag to suit your bestie, or make some fun silly earrings - these workshops have you covered!
12:30 - 13:30 - Balms for winter - skincare making workshop - Run by Abdul (He/Him)
Abdul will teach you how to make herbal-based skincare to give the gift of nourishment - you can make balms, face oils , face mists , body butters etc✨ whatever will suit your loved one best!
13:30 - 14:30 - Hook Up! - Silly Earring Making workshop- Run by Florian (They/He)
I have been making my own unusual and silly earring since 2017. Come along to my workshop to learn to make your own earring sets using a variety of techniques and tools, and meet some cute queer singles in the process!
14:30 - 15:30 - Queer Elves At Work - Custom workshop - Run by Boe (she/they)
We have everything you need to make your loved ones the most creative christmas presents ever! acrylic paint pens, embroidery tools, threads, studs, charms, beads, pencils and stencils. All you need to do is bring yourself and any item(s) you would like to dec out with the help of Boe. This can be anything from journals to shoes to hats and everything in between! We will also have tote bags available, so just let us know if you need one :)

Covid and monkeypox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre:
To keep our community safe, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling unwell including headache, fever, sore throat, consistent cough, chills and unusual spots, scabs or ulcers.
You can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre.
