About this event
This event is different from our previous ones: it's for LGBTQ+ parents, their families, and their kids.
You may know our group Queer Platonic Coparenting from our mixers for potential coparents to meet each other.
The idea is for you to come and meet each other, and have chats about the unique joys and challenges of parenting.
About the facilitators:
Formed out of an event at the LGBTQ+ Community Centre in January 2023, the Queer Platonic Coparenting organising group aim to create infrastructure for people who are looking to explore queer platonic coparenting. They run the instagram account @queerplatoniccoparenting and a newsletter (queerplatoniccoparenting.substack.com). Get in touch if you want to help out too!'

Covid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre:
To keep our community safe, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling unwell including headache, fever, sore throat, consistent cough, chills and unusual spots, scabs or ulcers.
You can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre.
