About this event
Whether you come from a creative background or not, art journaling is a great way to be creative, de-stress and reconnect with yourself. If you’re looking for a different, more mindful way to create, then art journaling is for you.
This session will allow you to see if art journaling is for you! It'll be led by Boe (she/they), an illustrator, tattoo artist, and creative.
They will show you techniques from simple mark making to elaborate mixed media art.
You will learn a variety of new skills; gain confidence in your artistic ability and develop an amazing creative habit that is both enriching and nourishing.
Whether you have 5 minutes or 2 hours to spare, journaling will inspire you to be creative, practice self-care and reconnect with yourself.
