Breath is our first and last source of energy.
Pranayama is the art of willful breath manipulation and energy balance. When practising pranayama you will gain the ability to remove agitation and turbulence from your breath, resulting in feeling calm and increasing your lifespan.
This workshop is perfect for those who like to learn more about pranayama and the benefits it can have on your health. With a combination of theory and practice, you will be able to enhance your awareness of your breath. You will learn practises to use every day with will enhance your healthy life. Of all of the positive changes you can make, learning to control your breath is probably the most effective tool for developing higher consciousness and for increasing health, vitality, and connectedness in one's life
About The Facilitator
My name is Steff and I'm a lesbian Breath Practitioner, with a strong passion for supporting people around the world in their wellbeing. By combing scientific research with ancient practices I develop breathwork workshops that provide natural and sustainable solutions for people who are driven, ambitious and suffer from stress, sleep deprivation and exhaustion, anxiety.
