About this event
We’ll kick off with a poetry writing workshop to get the creativity flowing!
The workshop will center around mental health and wellbeing as an LGBTQ+ person, and finding joy.
After a short break to grab a hot drink or a breath of fresh air, we will then have an informal sharing of poetry written inside or outside of the workshop.
Poets of all experience levels are welcomed to share for the first or the hundredth time in this gentle, encouraging space.
Accessibility at the Centre:
The Centre's accessibility statement is here.
Accessibility for the workshop:
For any resources used during the workshop, yellow paper and large print options will be available.
Audio recordings available via QR code.
For exercises, participants are welcomed to voice record responses rather than write.
Participants are also welcome to email hello@londonlgbtqcentre.org ahead of the workshop with any access needs. We will pass this onto the facilaitor of this workshop.
