About this event

A team of four Visa employees will be answering questions about how they have navigated their careers as members of the LGBTQ+ community.

They will touch on interviews, networking, CVs, and other topics that sometimes leave younger professionals with trepidation.

The aim of this session is for folks to leave feeling more comfortable being their authentic selves at work.

This event is for LGBTQ+ young people aged 16-25.

Structure of the session:

  • Initial greeting and mingling (15 minutes)
  • Introductions (5 minutes)
  • Moderator questions/panel talk (45 minutes)
  • Audience Q&A (10 minutes)
  • Networking (15 minutes)

About the facilitator:

Juan Pena (he/him) is a Senior Managing Counsel at Visa focusing on Regulatory Law issues.

Juan earned his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and his Masters in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
