About the facilitator:

Aditi's passion for movement stems from her childhood growing up in India, where dance was an integral part of her culture. Formally trained in Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian dance form, and later learning Jazz and Modern dance styles, Aditi brings a unique perspective to mindful movement practices.

After facing personal health challenges and overcoming entrepreneurial burnout, Aditi created Move to Thrive. This workshop series combines her love for Indian movement traditions with the power of mindfulness to help individuals de-stress, find joy, and reconnect with their inner child.
