About this event
Media usage rights dictate how content, such as video content, imagery, music, art and many others are used and distributed. It is a legal requirement to obtain the correct media usage rights when distributing content.
Within the marketing and entertainment industry there is a lack of knowledge on media usage rights from both creatives, talent and brands!
When working with brands that are going to profit and exploit your work or image it is vital you understand what those media usage rights mean.
In this talk, Ben-Christopher will explain the fundamentals of media usage rights, what you should look out for, how you can negotiate usage rights in line with your fee and protecting yourself and your work.
He'll also be answering any burning questions you may have about media usage rights.
