About this event
This is a workshop for dance beginners that will start with some simple line dances to introduce cha cha.
Once everyone is happy dancing on their own we will try out some gender neutral partner dancing to cha cha rhythms!
No partner is required and you can continue to dance solo or partner up. Usually in couple dancing one partner will ‘lead’ the dance and the other will ‘follow’ - as this is a gender neutral class we try and let everyone experience both.
Note: This dance class will involve some light aerobic exercise. Participants should check they are able to do exercise to music.
