About this event

Holding Spaces, Bodies and Moods

We are often trying to fit into structures that we didn’t build and are in spaces not created with us in mind in a world that doesn’t prioritise our bodies and our pleasure. We believe that when we intentionally create spaces to collectively feel joy, love, pleasure and even sadness, we can build a revolution in the small spaces between ourselves.

This workshop explores the art of intentional space creation, with the aim to arm participants with the tools and confidence to go on creating and holding spaces in collaborative and emergent ways. Building from a foundation of compassion, curiosity and honesty, we will engage in a spiralic journey exploring the space inside, around and between the self, one another, the collective and the universal.

The facilitators will hold the space, however, this workshop belongs to its participants and we will collectively map ways in which we can hold and facilitate spaces in small and large ways. We are all the experts in what makes us feel safe, heard and loved.
