About this event
Inspired by Matthias' solo show "10/10 Would Trans Again", Having Fun With Gender is an exploration of the stories that bring trans people joy.
In a world where our existence is viewed as debatable, this evening provides an opportunity to come together with community members to share the stories that provide joy and excitement in a structured way.
The prompts and discussions will allow you to walk away with a clearer sense of your own sources of joy and how to apply them to art and narratives you create moving forward.
The 45 minute interactive performance section will be followed by 45 minutes of smaller group discussion and less-structured interaction over tea and biscuits.
This event is geared towards the trans community.
