About this event

March 2024: Lessons Learned: Doodling on Inspirational Legacies

This event is all about reflecting on the lessons we've learned from the legacies of those who have come before us.

We'll be doodling, sharing stories, and discussing how we can learn from people whom we consider to be important presences in our lives and how they can inform the types of communities and relationships we want to foster! All resulting in characters that are informed by the values and characteristics we consider most important.

April 2024: Standing Together

In this values-led creative workshop, we'll be exploring what values we consider vital, compromisable or exhangeable in order for small communities to hold space for each other and create a space for support and accountability.

Using cooperation exercises, including a "values auction" and "asset mapping", we will define those values, organise them and engage in discussions that might shine a light on how community connection can engage with issues of social disconnect and loneliness.

About the facilitator:

Eduardo Feteira (he/him) is a communication designer and journalist from Lisbon.

He is currently finishing his MA in Global Collaborative Design Practices at UAL Camberwell.

He has mainly worked for cultural events and independent publications. His most recent work focuses on social disengagement and how to address loneliness as a motivator for building up community resilience.
