About this event
Want to get involved in London Trans+ Pride 2024? Join this free floral workshop on Sunday 14 July!
Learn how to make a paper corsage for your outfit and help the LT+P team accessorise their amazing volunteer stewards ahead of the march.
Flowers are a powerful symbol for the trans+ community. The designs we’ll make together will reflect this year’s themes of justice, liberation and solidarity, with a focus on Palestine and beyond.
Please note these sessions are primarily for trans+ folk (this includes gender non-conforming people, non-binary people and anyone identifying under the broad and beautiful trans+ umbrella).
Allies are welcome but should be mindful of the space they take up as ticket numbers are limited.
About the facilitator:
Pearl (they/them) is a non-binary floral artist and stylist from Croydon.
Since 2017 they have worked as a professional florist at some of London’s leading design studios.
Their work as a facilitator explores queer identity, resistance and connection with the more-than-human world.
