About this event

Yoga Nidra simply translates to Yogic Sleep.

We will use guided meditation to shift our state of consciousness to that in between waking and sleeping. After the guided meditation, the session will move into an immersive sound sequence and we'll work vibrationally to draw you into a deeply relaxed state through sound meditation, allowing your mind and body to access an optimal setting for restoration and relaxation.

With both Nidra and Sound, the aim is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and induce predominant brainwaves states of alpha and theta.

Potential Benefits:

-Rest and repair ourselves

-Gain insight into life direction

-Reduce anxiety and depression

-Lower blood pressure

-Release physical tension

-Lower stress levels

-Boost our immune system.
