What to Expect on the Evening
When you arrive at Loki Wine Bar, please make your way to our exclusive private function room at the rear of the venue from 7:30pm, where our Love At First Date host will be there to welcome and register you, ready for an 8:00pm start.
Don't worry—our friendly host will take care of everything. You'll receive your personalised match card and table number before we begin, and we'll explain exactly how the evening works, so even if it's your first speed dating event, you'll quickly feel at ease.
Once everyone is seated, you'll enjoy a series of 5-minute dates with up to 14 other singles throughout the evening (Subject to Venue Capicity). After each date, simply note on your match card whether you'd like to see that person again. When the bell rings, the gentlemen rotate to the next table, while the ladies remain seated, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to meet each other.
Our events are designed to be relaxed, friendly and enjoyable, bringing together like-minded singles who are looking to meet people face-to-face in a welcoming environment, away from the frustrations of online dating.
W hat To Expect From The Evening?
Once you arrive at the venue come upstairs from 7.30 pm, as we have exclusive use of the upstairs floor. Our Love At First Date host will register you to be ready for an 8 pm start.
Don't worry our host will take care of everything for you including giving you a match card with a number on it. Once we're ready to start, everything will be explained and everyone will take their seats at the matching tables. You will enjoy a 5-minute speed date with up to 14 other singles during the evening marking down which dates you would like to see again as you go on your match card. Each speed date will end when the host rings the bell, and the men will rotate round the tables, whilst the women stay seated until you have had a date with everyone.
You can expect to have a fabulous evening with other singles like you, who are fed up with online dating, and want to date in a friendly, relaxed way.
