Join True Dating for a relaxed evening of speed dating in Brighton, designed for singles aged 30–45.

You'll meet up to 15 other singles through a series of five-minute dates — enough time to see if there's a spark, without the pressure of a full first date.

We aim for an equal number of men and women, and everyone attending has booked specifically to take part in the event.

How the evening works

Arrive from 7:30pm and check in with your True Dating host in our reserved area.

Once the dating begins, women remain seated while men rotate between tables. Each date lasts around five minutes, giving you the chance to meet up to 15 potential matches over the course of the evening.

There'll also be time to grab a drink and chat between rounds.

After the event

The following day, log in to your True Dating account and privately select the people you'd like to see again. If you've both chosen each other, it's a match and you can continue the conversation through our secure messaging service.

Matches must be entered before 4pm the following day.
