Looking to meet new people while enjoying a beautiful summer afternoon outdoors? Join Single in the City for a relaxed singles hike along the Humber River at William Granger Greenway in Vaughan.
We’ll follow the scenic trail alongside the Humber River, passing through shaded stretches of greenery and picturesque pedestrian bridge crossings. With its mostly flat mix of paved and crushed-gravel pathways, this easygoing hike is perfect for enjoying nature, getting some fresh air, and connecting with other local singles without the pressure of a traditional dating event.
✨ What to Expect:
- A casual, hosted group hike
- Scenic views along the Humber River
- A relaxed and low-pressure way to meet local singles
- Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of walking
📍 Meeting Location: Rutherford Road Trailhead Parking Lot. It’s on Rutherford Rd, just east of Islington Ave. (There is a free parking lot right at the trailhead).

- Comfortable walking shoes
- A bottle of water
- Bug spray and sunscreen
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- An open mind and positive energy
Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve your place!
The hike will be confirmed the day before the event, and we will monitor weather conditions leading up to it. In the event of inclement weather, the hike may be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the new date, a credit will be applied toward another Single in the City event. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related rescheduling.
