[Age Range: 27-43] this is just a suggested age range, just bring good vibes :)

Join us for Stretch, Move & Spark, a relaxed Yoga-inspired singles event designed to help you move, laugh, mingle, and meet new people in a fun, low-pressure environment.

We’ll start the evening with a beginner-friendly Yoga session — no experience required! It’s simply a fun way to loosen up, shake off the nerves, and share a few laughs before the mixer begins.

After Yoga, we’ll transition into a casual singles mixer where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet and chat with other singles.

To make meeting people even easier, we’ll also be using our SwizzleConnect app throughout the event. The app will provide fun icebreakers, prompts, and interactive activities designed to help you start conversations naturally — so you don’t have to worry about figuring out the perfect opening line.

🥰 Around 60% of our attendees come alone, so if you’re the only single one in your friendship group, don’t hesitate to join us solo. You definitely won’t be the only one!
